Richard P. Cohan, DDS, MBA is the Founder, Executive Director and Chief Investigator of West Coast Dental Malpractice Experts (WCDME). He has offered dental legal services since 1978.

Richard has been licensed in California since 1973. He has over 38 years of teaching experience, while also providing private clinical care and expert witness services.

Richard taught at Arthur A. Dugoni/University of the Pacific (UOP) School of Dentistry as an Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences. He is a founding partner of Pacific Dental Associates at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco.
